Ray, I just want to point out that once you get the cursor where you want it with the track ball, you can take your hand completely off of it and you don't have to hold the ball in a certain location. You can then concentrate on hitting the clicker on the side of the whole trackball thing. As another example, you can use two hands to control a "click-and-drag" operation. Move the cursor to desired spot, take hand off trackball, click and hold the side button, move cursor to other desired point using the ball, release the ball, and release. You should go to your local BestBuy store and bother a 'geek' to show you one. I saw picture of it and think I would still have trouble with the "clicks". -----Original Message----- From: Rick McGirr Sent: Sunday, March 10, 2013 2:47 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: track ball You don't pick up the track ball, you just move your palm over it, like you were rolling out dough with your palm, and then the buttons are on the sides. rick -----Original Message----- From: Parkinson's Information Exchange Network [mailto:[log in to unmask]] On Behalf Of Rayilyn Brown Sent: Saturday, March 09, 2013 3:14 PM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: track ball my computer guy told me about this, if it has to be squeezed it would be worse. what kind of effort is required? is it heavy? -----Original Message----- From: m.schild Sent: Friday, March 08, 2013 6:03 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: e-mail : PD? > A mouse click requieres a lot of fine > movement co-ordination. has any of you tried a trackball?
