Ahamed, for coffee, whenever I can get it, I like a Mexican varietal called
Maragogype. (also Maragojype. Pron. Marago-hee-pay). It is known for it's
extremely large beans (called "elephant beans"), fruity delicious flavor,
and it delivers a pretty good caffeine buzz, especially when lightly
roasted. It is not universally available, but only seasonally. I found a
little stash of it at a coffee shop in Lewiston, NY! If that's the wrong
corner of the globe for you, you will probably be able to find some at one
of the online merchants, such as Gevallia or Melitta.

Did you know that lightly roasted coffees deliver more caffeine than darker
roasts?

Enjoy!
Rick

Hi
Hope you are all well.
The January issue of READER'S DIGEST calls it 'a new drug that has been
around for thousands of years'- caffeine can calm symptoms associated with
PD. This according to a study conducted at McGill University. Could help
prevent sleepiness, reduced shaking and stiffness.Caffeine will soon be used
to supplement PD Medication.
So Coffee... o dear coffee! Happy Javaing!
ahamed
