Ahamed, All dopamine agonists make me extremely sleepy. At the height of my use of such drugs, ropinerol and selegiline especially, I fell asleep at the wheel at 2:00 in the afternoon and had an accident. I then weaned off of everything I could. My present drug line-up consists of Sinemet, Parcopa (both wholly carbidopa/levidopa) and Stalevo (c/l plus entacapone). I still get sleepy sometimes, but it's never out of control like it was back in 2007. If it works well for you, that's great. It just didn't work for me.
