I have lost 25 pounds since diagnosis - I think the main reason is
depression and a lack of smell/taste. Food just doesn't look good, almost
unpleasant reaction to food. One of the joys of life is gone. I used to enjoy
shopping, cooking and eating.

This would seem to contradict prior information. There are several reasons
cited why weight loss is said to be common in PWP, depression, slowness,
social situations, gastrointestinal difficulties of all sorts. I myself
have
lost about 50 lbs since diagnosis, and I do have gastrointestinal issues
all
the way down the line, if you will. My weight has leveled off at 170, which
is just about as low as you want to go if, like me, you're 6'5".
