DBS eliminates tremor, my worst symptom and I don't know how much else. My balance is terrible, stiffness makes for fatigue, great difficulty speaking. I cycle daily 1 hour 40 minutes with Theracycle. I'm always "off". I feel awful but I hear a lot of the same complaints from folks on meds Meds don't help that much. Amantadine helped me move better, but I couldn't stand the hallucinations and I was starting to get them with Sinemet.
