Google I/O Extended Edition

What is Google I/O?

Google I/O is Google's annual developer conference where you can get your first glimpse at Google's latest product and platform innovations.

What is Google I/O Extended?

Google I/O Extended lets you experience the magic and innovation of Google I/O remotely. Part viewing experience and part community building, I/O Extended programming includes everything from live streaming the Google I/O content to local developer demos, hackathons, and speaker sessions.

Announcing Nth Gen Dev Days

Nth Gen Software, with support from the MAD Lab, is excited to bring you Nth Gen Dev Days @ UofT – a perfect opportunity for anyone with an interest in Android or web development to interact with members of the Nth Gen Software team as well as other UofT and Toronto-area developers (and aspiring developers) during Google I/O.

Nth Gen Software is an established start-up software company based in Toronto that specializes in creating technology that helps disrupt the status quo. They create technology systems that work faster, simpler and better and are excited to see what new technology Google has in store for us this year.

As a registered Google I/O Extended event, we will be showing a live stream from Google’s annual developer conference, as well as hosting several events:

  *   Android hackathon
  *   Android development workshops
  * UofT Career Centre: Careers in App Development

We will be watching the Google I/O keynote in a big auditorium in the Bahen Centre – come and join us and be among the first to see the latest goodies for software developers. UofT students, faculty and staff can attend these events for free, but space is limited.
