Dear REED and MRDS Members, I am writing to you about the two phases of the Spring 2013 MRDS Newsletter. The first phase, the Kalamazoo phase, is now complete. The second phase will be completed in roughly two weeks. This will give you the opportunity to send me information about recent and forthcoming events and publications (for which I will be very grateful).
