Haven't the energy to ride that much, but have recently taken to riding a tricycle called a "cyco" - it's an odd thing cos it's got no handlebars or brakes, but it's very light to pedal . I discovered that even when in an "off" period and unable to walk I can still pedal, which is great - at least till I get off. How come I can cycle but not walk ?
