yes. i currently take selegeline. i do balance and strength classes in the gym and in the pool as well. i think it is a well proven fact that exercise of any kind is beneficial and i will do it as long as i can. another thing that i have found extremely helpful is using treking poles when walking. they help keep balance and have the added benefit of giving you an upper body workout as well. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gail B.
