> >JOhn, and others of this list in the Philippines? are you OK? >maryse Yes we are still safe. The storm tracked far enough North that all we got was heavy rain although we did due diligence on our preparation. What we did in thinking with hindsight wasn't enough if it had hit here. We would have been 1 of the 10,000 deaths because we are a quarter mile from the beach. Decisions we make earlier in our lives can come back to haunt us. I was thinking seriously on coming to the Philippines and living in the same place the full force of the storm hit. Now in retrospect, I made a good decision on settling where I am even with the earthquakes and the two other typhoons that have had my "paradise" in the bulls eye. I appreciate all the support we give one another here even if we live all over the world. I overcome morbidity with playful funny pets and a new hobby that direct my thoughts to a good place. My new hobby is plane tracking. I have my own "radar" which I share answering the question while looking up at a plane in the sky, I know where it is going. My paradise is here: http://fr24.com/9.65,122.86/7 Thanks for the concern. I am likewise concerned about you all.
