the doctor said that because of my insurance it won't  cost me,  I'm 
assuming its  Medicare, don't really know if  Blue  Cross is in on it. 
Margaret mentioned something about Medicare having a similar program.  my 
present PCP  said it was something new.  I'll find out if other states have 
it.
