My copy just arrived and you're right, it is a masterpiece.
My neurologist thinks he understands PD because his mother had it, but he doesn't
really (no offence meant if you're reading this email, doc.  How could you know?).
 
The local specialist Parkinsons nurse is new in post after the old one retired and I sometimes
feel like shouting "stop typing everything I say into your report and LISTEN !"  Wonder if I could
get her to read this book ?
 
Especially page 70.
