from what I found SpeechEasy was originally for stuttering, I even saw a video of a young man on Oprah's show whose stuttering stopped but unfortunately returned. Its very expensive $4500. I'm concerned it might interfere with my DBS batteries as it is worn in your ear. Sometimes when I "speak" I stutter, repeating words or parts of words and phrases. -----Original Message----- From: angelica horaitis Sent: Wednesday, March 19, 2014 10:33 AM To: [log in to unmask] Subject: Re: SpeechEasyPD i understand it only helps with stuttering. does anyone have other information that it helps slurring, enunciation issues etc my husband has been participating in LSVT speech therapy for parkinsons patients. it helps but still issues.
