I know that dyskinesia is the big problem with fetal cells and I remember the same problem with pig cells.  At any rate, it is my understanding that the procedure is no longer done.  The problem with any neuro cell transplants is that no one has any idea what the results are going to be.  Cells will multiply or die according to variables that cannot be determined in the laboratory.

dyskinesias with pigcells?. Someone here reported many years after having them inserted ( TR7driver) but I don´t remember his saying he had dyskinesias.
I don´t bet on DBS for it is too empirical.
