I  had DBS 11 years ago and am really struggling now.  Carbidopa-Levodopa 
provides little help plus dyskinesias.
I  don't   even think about a cure any  more, just some help!

dyskinesias with pigcells?. Someone here reported many years after having
them inserted ( TR7driver) but I don´t remember his saying he had
dyskinesias.
I don´t bet on DBS for it is too empirical.
