or finding  it hard to get off  the loo seat as your legs have lost their spring  -- singing sometimes helps but may cause complaints if there’s a queue.

"have trouble with slowness of movement" !!   Is that the polite term for 
wetting yourself 'cos your left leg is stuck to the floor and won't move, so 
that by the time the loo is reached it's too late ?
