Hi Ray,

I found a list of ingredients for NuVet Plus here:

www.nuvet.com/products.html?sectionid=54

Right off the bat I had misgivings about human use. Oyster shells are
listed, and I've been advised to avoid those in calcium supplements because
the shells of shellfish are likely to be full of pollutants.

I don't think I'd take supplements meant for pets. Your experience does
make me think it's a good idea to get more serious about nutrition in
general, including supplements. I've gotten a bit lazy about that.

So glad to hear that Spike is better!

Kathleen
