just a thought - have you got the walker adjusted to the right height ? I keep seeing taller people hunched over walkers that are to low, and sometimes the opposite. You can usually alter the height fairly easily. I don't get much in the way of hallucinations and am wondering if it's due to a lack of Imagination, though I don't really want to hallucinate !
