1. Watch scary film and get too frightened to sleep. 2. Waste an hour looking at videos of cute kittens to relax. 3. Go to the loo. Have a drink. 4. Drag back to bed; realize that thanks to the drink you need the loo again. 5. Read a book / listen to the radio. 6. Get out of bed because there's a strange lump in the bedding. Why did I leave a shoe there ? 7. Go to the loo again. 8.
