Nancy,
Thanks, Donna is still leery of switching (she is a retired hospice 
nurse with a degree in patient advocacy). She is taking 1.5 Sinemet 
25/100 every two hours with offs coming on just like a light switch and 
slow recovery. I was hoping the Rytary would smooth things out. Seeing 
the Neuro next week. We will see.
