I get driven mad by stiffness in my legs and find a heavy-duty electronic muscle-exerciser often (but not always) helps. Don't know if it'd work on hands but might be worth a go.

> THANK YOU FOR RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGE. I HAVE BEEN 'MESSING AROUND' SEEING HAND SURGEONS FOR THE PAST YEAR OR SO AND HAD ONLY ONE OF THEM THAT WAS WILLING TO DO SURGERY - THAT IS UNTIL HE FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE PD. NOW HE ISN'T WILLING TO DO ANYTHING. THERE WAS A BIT OF CONFUSION IN MY SITUATION BECAUSE I WAS INJURED IN 11/2013 WHERE I ENDED UP LAYING ON MY LEFT ARM FOR 3 DAYS. THIS TOOK PLACE BEFORE I HAD A CONFIRMED PD DIAGNOSIS. I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH SEVERAL ROUNDS OF THERAPY FOR MY SHOULDER AND HAND. ONLY 3 FINGERS ON MY LEFT HAND ARE STIFF AND NONE OF THE HAND SURGEONS CAN TELL ME WHY. IF IT IS DYSTONIA, ONE WOULD THINK THAT MY ENTIRE HAND WOULD BE AFFECTED. FORTUNATELY I AM RIGHT-HANDED AND IT IS NOT AFFECTED. HAVE YOU HAD BOTOX INJECTIONS FOR THE STIFFNESS IN YOUR HANDS? IF SO, DID IT HELP YOU?
