I took it to mean at low  doses no effects at all with negative effects at 
high doses.  Maryse has  pointed out the age of the study (1986), but I  am 
a  little more  concerned only 16 people involved.

As u r probably learning we are all different; Kathleen  pointed out that 
one size doesn’t  fit all.

group or individual effects could be discerned?"
