In regards to Vital Reds and side effects. There's also a lot of good
feedback from customers. Often when you elevate your body's antioxidant
load, be it vitamins, minerals of certain types, or polyphenal laden
compounds, this causes your body to go into detoxification. For example,
loading your body with compounds that increase GSH production; GSH binds to
toxins like mercury, lead, arsenic and other free radical agents, allowing
the body to pass them out through your urine. The process often manifests
itself in "symptomatic" like ways that might be misconstrued as a "side
effect or reaction". It isn't exactly the case 99% of the time. There is a
lot of evidence that most neuro issues including PD is cause by toxic
overload in our environment, be it air, food, water etc. PD incidence has
been shown higher in certain areas of the world, Sudbury, where my father
is from, Sarnia and Hamilton where smelting and refineries exist. There's a
lot of documented study on the matter. Look for CBC the doc zone, "The
disappearing Males". I've worked with many people of such issues including
my father who all had issues of detox to a varying degree, some including a
form Olympic Speed skater, who had such severe issues he couldn't even
stand up when taking the product due the detox issues. Turns out he had
mercury poisoning and by elevating GSH his body was expelling the mercury.
It took 4 months to get over the systems (that's a rare case - only time
I've seen it so bad) but after he was through the issues, he started
breaking all his personal records. So with Vital Reds, its likely that 99%
of those issues sited are nothing more than detox and eventually you get
over it. In fact in discussing with some of the users I brought up the
potential matter from experience, two have already reported back their
issues cleared up and the product is helping them. Again, I have no direct
experience with the product so I cannot say for certain, but the science
behind it looks sound. The doctors credentials impeccable. The product by
design if you read into it, is extremely potent, so it might be advisable
to start very "light" and over time work up to a normal dose, thus
mitigating those detox symptoms. I highly doubt as with Glutathione
acceleration, that it would be a cure or treatment as per say, but ... it
might be a benefit in terms of quality of life. We also all know, that what
works for one might not be so for another. We're all a little different.
Sinemet, levadopa .... even they don't work well for everyone, my dad can't
tolerate them and they make him extremely ill. He has allergies to many
drugs. We also all know the side effects of these drugs, so its very
difficult in my opinion to be critical of a handful of "reactions" to a
natural product that has never killed anyone vs drugs that have known
toxicity issues, especially when there are more positive customer reviews
than negative by far. For me personally, and it is a personal matter for
everyone, what any person is comfortable with, have such a horrible
condition with a given horrible outcome, I'd try everything and anything
that has scientifically validated potential, be it cautiously, but I
wouldn't close my eyes based on fear of the unknown or speculation. The
first as Roosevelt taught us is foolishness, the latter follows the same.
In any event, I pray that every last person on this forum finds what works
for them and has peace about it and ultimately a full cure is found, be it
stem cell therapy or otherwise. Meantime, take care of your health,
ultimately its all we have.
