IF you are lucky enough to have a doctor who will prescribe it off-label it 
is available in canada (us precriptions accepted) for about $3500 (112 
pills). that would be sufficient for a 112-day treatment with the reduced 
dosage tested by georgetown in the parkinson's trial.
unfortunately, i have not found a doctor who would precribe it for my 
husband :(
as far as rytary - we were able to get a tier excemtion for 2016 and are 
working on 2017. even so, the donut hole comes mighty fast ..........
