hi, don! please, take your time deciding on dbs. as we found out, the 
tremor might be the least of your problems and while ray's mind stayed 
sharp after dbs that is not a given. :( a good portion of dbs patients 
have a drastic cognitive decline and, unfortunately, my husband is one 
of them.

also, check with your doctor about rytary. this has worked much better 
for my husband than sinemet.
