hi, maryse! yes, i was surprised too! but there was definitely an 
improvement and to such a degree that the much higher cost for rytary 
was worth it imo. it is very puzzling indeed since rytary is just a 
combination of carbidopa and levidopa and i have no idea how they 
justified the sky high price tagĀ  for something that has been on the 
market forever.
