Good Morning Everyone!

Hope you are doing doing well and have started a fantastic start of the academic year!

We are now on the third day of full week of classes with Quercus as our new Academic Toolbox!

As of now we have 4840 Fall and Winter course shells with some activity (non zero storage) in Quercus and 71,374 unique student log ins to the system and the number is increasing daily.

So far things seem to be going smoothly with the transition without any major concerns. The questions coming to q.help are split between students and instructors mostly around file sharing and file accessing.

The only main concern that has been expressed via various channels is about minimized default global course navigation menu, in particular the need to manually turn on the Module feature. As Avi has shared in the TEST group, this concern has been duly noted and we will revisit how the global navigation menu works for future semesters.

We are now completing the project closing summary and documents. We would like to highlight the true community effort for this project specially in the last 10 months! As you know the project consist of 6 working groups (including the core team) with over 50 members, 6 advisory groups and 6 steering committee members. Furthermore we have been working with over 150 key contacts (Communication, Technical and Training, and Divisional Leadership) across the university.

We would like to capture the volume of divisional training and support you have led beyond the 191 training sessions led or co-led by CTSI and the 109 central content migration clinics. Kindly share with me any information you would like us to show case in our project summary for your division!

Thank you for your ongoing support!

Thank you,
