We are pleased to announce an update to DNAmod! In addition to a number of updates to existing modified bases, this version adds a new base: 6-hydroxymethyladenine (6hmA). It additionally fixes the annotation and display of the recently discovered thymine modifications, 5-NedU and 5-NeOmdU.
