We are pleased to announce an update to DNAmod!
This version includes a number of updates to existing modified bases and improved categorization, thanks to additional ChEBI curation. The following sequencing methods have been added: Jump-seq, multiple Nanopore methods, cfMeDIP-seq, DA-6mA-seq, 6mACE-seq, TOP-seq, lrTAPS, and CAM-seq.
We have now also curated inosine (hypoxanthine) and various methylhypoxanthines.
