See below, in case you are free tomorrow evening and would like to “attend” a “service” honoring Lester Faigley. Note that the 5 pm start is Central time. For those of us in the east, that means 6 pm (and you out west will know what it means for you!). I bet the slide show beginning at 15 before the hour will be really something as well, so I encourage you to “come” early.

And do distribute this notice to others as you see fit. Redundancy appreciated!

There will be an opportunity for people to share recollections and tributes, if you see fit. I know it will all give Lester’s family considerable consolation.

Hello,

Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts for my family at this difficult time. Lester was a vibrant soul who touched the lives of hundreds, and was a caring father, husband, and friend. We are trying our best to process the loss of such a source of knowledge and inspiration and would love to virtually get together tomorrow for a memorial for his life.

Here is the Zoom link and information. There's no need to register. Remarks will commence at 5 pm, and we'll have some music and slides starting at around 4:45. Per his wishes, please have a glass of bubbly or your preferred beverage for a toast or two.
