I just want to second the motion made by Richard Rastall and others that REED-L be kept alive, even if it means putting it on the artificial life-support of full automation. I confess that I have been very slow to take advantage of REED-L, but I feel that the list serves a definite purpose and offers great opportunities for communication and collaboration among widely scattered specialists. mL@bY
