Elaine M Brennan <[log in to unmask]> hits the weak spot of the current WWW by pointing out that WWW is actually not a full baked SGML application yet, because there's still no DTD available and WWW markups are more typographic oriented that content oriented. However, it is definitely an important step into the direction of a distributed text processing tool on a truly worldwide scale. The value of an application can only be measured on the applications that follow.
