The method Lucille describes of slowly increasing the sinemet certainly sounds a lot better than the way I started. I think I will take my time before increasing the dose....give my system time to adjust. The dizziness isn't as severe now and lasts a shorter time. Now all I have to do is figure out how to take the sinemet in the morning, wait about an hour for the dizziness to hit, wait out the dizziness and still get to work on time.:)
