Keith - I appreciate your letter. Your suggestion (Re; a discussion circle) will be brought to the attention of the program committee. As to feeling too young , too old, or too soon to join a support group, "Don't!". Join in as one of the unlucky persons that have contracted PD and along with the rest of us hope for the cure that seems to be just around the corner. Feel lucky to be in the early stage as opposed to bemoaning the fact. Feel fortunate that ther are drugs such as Eldepryl that can minimize the progression and medicines such as Sinamet that can help to reduce the symptoms. Approach your support group thinking 'What can I do to make the group better' - and then do it! It is my opinion that those that put in the most, benefit the most.
