Barbara: You took the words out of my mouth (or fingertips). I have not had anything at all to do with commercial email services so, perhaps, that is the reason this doesn't make sense to me either. The listserver at the University of Toronto has, so far, handled all of the information/messages, etc. since we began last November. All of this information is available by following the 'how-to' sent with your 'Welcome' message.
