I recently started taking Sinemet 100/25 three times a day in addition to
Selegiline (Deprynil) 5 mg twice a day. After having an initial problem
adjusting to the Sinemet, I felt physically well for the first time in
ages. Over the past few weeks, I have noticed my left foot is twisting..I
end up walking on the outside edge of it with my big toe sticking up...not
the most comfortable thing. I phoned the neurologist last Tuesday and she
said to cut back on the Sinemet to two a day and scheduled an appointment
for Tuesday, May 3. She said it could either be the drug or PD which is
causing this and by cutting back on Sinemet for a week she would know
which it was. Now I am, once again, having a reaction to the second
Sinemet of the day...dizzy, cold sweat, etc....my foot is still twisting
and I much prefer the way I feel on three a day. I take the first Sinemet
at breakfast and tried taking the second one in the middle of the
afternoon because I was tired before my work day was over.

Any ideas or suggestions?
