Dear Andrew and Meredith. Thank you for your posting. I too, would be interested in feedback on the procedure. My mom is 70 now, and diagnosed for about 12-14 yrs. She has done well up until lately when she is having many of the problems you have mentioned. She is able to walk, but trying to learn to compensate for her tendency to go too fast, and step down on her toes while walking. I encourage her to walk often to help with her mobility. Her extreme spells of weakness are a problem, and I suspect related to the wearing off of the sinemet. Have you had that experience?
