Dear Barbara Yacos:  Thanks for you reflection on the worries of our kids.  I
have three daughters, 32,31,27, all of whom have raised the question somewhat
tentatively.  I have talked with them initially, but not in any depth.  I have
given them each a copy of the living with parkinson book.  Your thoughts on
this are helpful to me.  I will initiate some further discussion.  This is
salient for my mother was thought to have had Alzheimer's Disease, and when
we read the book, we all (including my sister and uncle) realized that she
had undiagnosed PD.  So we have at least a 2 generation example in our family.
I'd like to hear more about this, from you and others.  Thanks.
