MONTHLY REMINDER - MARCH, 1994
HMATRIX-L - A discussion online health resources.
HMatrix-L is an Internet discussion list concerning online
health resources. The primary focus is on Internet/BitNet/UseNet
health information. But any electronically accessable service of
interest to those involved in health/medical activities, i.e.
academic, clinical, research, medical librarians, patients, and
interested lay persons, is open for discussion. The intent is to share
and document the location, access instructions and quality of
information found online. A further purpose is to increase the sharing
of resources (i.e. information, search techniques, images, multimedia
files, tutorials, etc.) among the health community. HMATRIX-L is NOT a
place to seek disease diagnoises. We are not a place for flame wars.
Nor to eradicate ignorance. HMATRIX-L IS a place to discuss and share
what health information you've found online, as well as what you seek.
So join me in bringing a sense of exploration and discovery to the vast
health information resources the Internet has to offer.
