For Mark David -- A speaker-phone would be better than a headset. It has a completely hands-free operation, just press the button and it picks up any sounds in the room, and plays the incoming voice over an adjustable loudspeaker. There are plenty on the market with the features you describe (programmed numbers, 2 lines, ...) John Hunter
