It's a strange drug - Sinemet - your wife gets breathing problems at the end of the day and I get leg spasms and others get stiff or dyskinetic or more trembly, or some lucky ones have no problems with Sinemet at all. Some of us are just too sensitive and our neurotransmitters get all prickly and do strange things to us. Go figure. LESS IS BEST. Barbara Yacos
