I'm sorry, but I have to ask all those who requested that I find their congressmens' internet and fax numbers to be patient, and to give me a little more time. I need to download the list from the BBS that has it. I can't handle it manually because of the number of requests that I have received. It turns out that this BBS, which is new to me, requires the Kermit protocol for downloading --- and I don't have that, and I can't find a communications program on the BBSs that has Kermit. That might sound pretty stupid -- I agree. I will work out some way to load the list somehow into my computer -- probably some day next week I will be able to answer your requests.
