Subj: RE: Environment

Dear Jerry: Interesting that some of us have major exposures and do not
get something; others do. I am sure that there is some sort of somatic
sensitivity or vulnerability that for some people exposures such as the
toxics trigger reactions. There is a theory called "organ weakness" that
discusses this; was a psychiatrist in the 40s. Since PD seems to run in
families, eg., my mother had it, it would seem that there is some genetic
base. That would suggest then that each of us would want to know, in the
ideal world, what our sensitivities are to environmental conditions. I hope
that research will be directed that way over the next 100 years. Bob N.
