Sorry, I didn't catch your name. We found that my father had this problem when his Sinemet dosage was too strong. By cutting the dosage back, the hallucinations disapeared. Also, we found that when his dosage was too strong, he would experience some mouth "twitching". We had to sometimes regulate his dosage ourselves to his specific tolerance.
