Thanks, Chris, for all of that very helpful information. I would like to add one thing that I found useful. In one of the books I have read about Parkinson's, it said that in order to maintain proper posture 'think navel'. In other words, think of your bellybutton as your centre of gravity. If I notice my posture is not right and 'think navel', I find I stand and walk straighter. Barb
