thank you for posting the article on psychosis by Dr. Fross. Most experts
perts feel that antipsychotic drugs such as mellaril should not
be used. This is because they block dopamine and always worsen PD.
It is better to lower all PD medications. The drug clozapine
is being used a great deal for psychosis, but weekly blood tests
are required in the US.
To our friends in Canada interested in pallidotomy-Dr. A. Lang
directs the program in Toronto. He has had good results. I believe
he is still offering them.
