Thanks for that wonderfully inspiring story. I have taken the liberty
of copying your post to share it with some of the teachers at the
grade school I am working in. I am glad you went into this with no prior
agenda other than it was an idea worth trying out. There is truly no
telling what will happen when you just set up natural and appropriate
contexts for reading, writing, and responding.
