You certainly do have a full and living list of activities. Ira Shor
has a pretty comprehensive series of definitions of kinds of literacy going
from Basic to Functional to Higher-Order to Cultural to Computer to
Critical. It's in Culture Wars, pp. 189-90. It sounds hierarchical but he
doesn't present it that way.
