There is *no way* that a material which contains *protein* (which is
what fetal extract is) can be effective when taken by mouth!  The
digestive juices in the stomach break down *any* protein like they do a
piece of steak.  If this "extract" is taken by mouth, it is *quackery*.
 If it is injected, then it could have serious effects on the brain,
this the same way that the old rabies shots did (as they contained brain
protein).  Caveat emptor!
