Dear Woody, I was interested in the article on constipation. As I live in Australia, I do not have the address of the National Parkinsons Foundation and would very much like to obtain "Patients Perspective on Parkinson's" to use as a resource for the newsletter that I edit for the Parkinsons Disease Association of Victoria (Australia).
